286 Ms Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the average waiting time for free legal aid at each of the free legal aid centres around the country; and if this information will be provided in tabular form. [28931/03]

I can inform the Deputy that the Legal Aid Board does not process information relating to an average waiting time for people seeking its services. However, it does record the length of time the person longest on the waiting list has waited. The following table shows the length of time the person longest on the waiting list has waited as of October 2003 by law centre.
