The work permit section has indicated that a decision to refuse the six work permit applications in respect of this employer was made on 18 October 2003. The employer was notified of the decision and of his right to appeal within four weeks from the date of issue of the letter of refusal. To date, there is no record of an appeal having been received in this case.
