Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for three voluntary transfers of part and a deed of rectification which was lodged on 17 September 2001. Dealing No. D2001GY008063Y refers.
I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging party on 3 December 2003, and the application cannot proceed until it has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
