Double Taxation Relief Orders 2003: Referral to Select Committee.

I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Orders in draft:

Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Adjustment of Profits of Associated Enterprises) (European Communities) Order, 2003,

Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (Adjustment of Profits of Associated Enterprises) (Republic of Austria, Republic of Finland and Kingdom of Sweden) Order, 2003,

copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 26th March, 2003, be referred to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 18th December, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
