Question:

120 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the number of cases the agriculture appeals office has dealt with since it was established; the number of appeals which were successful; and the number which were unsuccessful. [30571/03]

The agriculture appeals office was established on 13 May 2002. From that date to 9 December 2003 the office has dealt with 1,266 appeals, broken down as follows:
