124 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if a revised sketch scheme has been prepared by the Office of Public Works regarding the new Garda station for Leixlip, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30606/03]

A revised brief for Leixlip Garda station is still under consideration by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. The Office of Public Works is not in a position to finalise a sketch scheme until a revised brief has been received.
