Written Answers. - Pension Provisions.
The central and regional fisheries boards are responsible for all matters relating to the operation of the pension scheme applicable to employees of the boards. I am advised, however, that the individual referred to by the Deputy, who was employed by the Southern Regional Fisheries Board, reached a full and final settlement on his pension entitlements with the board in December 2001.
