169 Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the proposed locations of all sections of his Department after the implementation of the decentralisation programme recently announced by the Minister for Finance in the course of his budget speech. [30942/03]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

My Department has offices located in all counties in the State. The effect of the recently announced decentralisation programme will be to move the headquarters of the Department to Portlaoise and the offices in Cork city centre to Macroom.
