Question:199 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the extent to which negotiations have been entered into with landowners in respect of the proposed road realignment from the M4 at Johnstownbridge, Enfield, County Kildare, to Edenderry, County Offaly; if negotiations will be progressed to the greatest extent possible in order to eliminate future delays with the project, given that the subject matter of which was answered by his Department on previous occasions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
