The national assessment committee of the young persons facilities and services fund, YPFSF, is examining a range of capital and services proposals received from development groups in the context of proposed second round allocations under the YPFSF. I am not aware of the development groups including proposals to build a skateboard ramp or park as part of their round II plans.
