Question:60 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance if he will examine tax credits in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Cork to ensure that they are in receipt of the maximum credits. [31726/03]

I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayers are in receipt of tax credits in accordance with those claimed on their last income tax return submitted which was for the period 6 April 2001 to 31 December 2001. The tax credits will be reviewed again on receipt of the income tax return for the year ended 31 December 2002 which is at present outstanding.
