73 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs further to Parliamentary Question No. 160 of 10 December, 2003, the date on which the Government posted its proposed amendments to the draft EU constitutional treaty on the website, www.irlgov.ie/iveagh. [31714/03]
The Government's written contributions to the Intergovernmental Conference, including proposals and amendments, have been posted on my Department's website from time to time. Owing to an administrative error, which I regret, the most recent of these were not posted until 11 December. Steps have been taken to ensure that such a delay will not occur again.
