I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the agreements:
establishing a political dialogue and co-operation agreement between the European Community and its member states, of the one part, and the Republics of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, of the other part, and establishing a political dialogue and co-operation agreement between the European Community and its member states, of the one part, and the Andean community and its member countries, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, of the other part,
signed in Rome on 19 December 2003, which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 5 April 2004, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs, in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which, not later than 6 May 2004, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
