I have received a message from the President stating that after consultation with the Council of State she has referred the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2004 to the Supreme Court, pursuant to Article 26 of the Constitution, for a decision on the question as to whether the said Bill or any provision or provisions thereof is or are repugnant to the Constitution or to any provision thereof.
