I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Pat Breen — to ask the Minister to explain the effective closure of St. Michael's pre-school in Ennis to children under seven with special needs; (2) Deputy Burton — the continuing failure to make arrangements for the reopening of the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin 15; (3) Deputy Neville — construction of a new national school at Kilfinane, County Limerick; (4) Deputy Ó Caoláin — that the Minister take action to address the crisis in the provision of services for children with special needs; (5) Deputy Cowley — to ask the Minister if she is aware of an opportunity to secure a new site and permanent accommodation for Gaelscoil na Cruaiche, Westport, County Mayo; (6) Deputy Connolly — to discuss the serious overcrowding and urgent need for additional classroom accommodation at Urbleshanny national school, Scotstown, County Monaghan; (7) Deputy Healy — having regard to the exceptional high levels of unemployment in Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary, the urgent need for the Minister to establish a jobs task force for the town to ensure that Carrick-on-Suir gets its fair share of investment and job creation; (8) Deputy O'Dowd — to discuss issues arising in relation to the impending closure of the special education facility for autistic children at Marymount national school, Ballsgrove, Drogheda, County Louth; (9) Deputy Cuffe — that the Minister address the difficulties facing small food producers, particularly those of a regulatory nature that make it difficult for small-scale traditional producers operating on micro turnovers with very tight margins; and (10) Deputy Upton — that the Minister take urgent action to correct the dangerously inadequate levels of support for patients with cystic fibrosis.

The matters raised by Deputies Pat Breen, Ó Caoláin, Upton and Connolly have been selected for discussion.
