I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following regulations in draft:
The Waste Management (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2005,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 18 May 2005, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment and Local Government in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that committee which, not later than 2 June 2005, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
