Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Cowley — to ask the Minister if he agrees that the Health and Safety Authority should investigate the circumstances of an accident; (2) Deputy Neville — to ask the Minister to comment on a recent report by an Oireachtas committee on orthodontic services; (3) Deputy O'Dowd — to ask the Minister to discuss the decision of the Health Service Executive not to recommend the transfer of Leas Cross residents to certain other nursing homes in the Dublin area; (4) Deputy Breeda Moynihan-Cronin — the need for funding for the establishment of a sexual assault treatment unit at Kerry General Hospital; (5) Deputy Carey — the need to review the impact of the policy decision on the probation and welfare service village project in Finglas, Dublin 11; (6) Deputy Jim O'Keeffe — the need for clarification by the Minister of his approval or otherwise of a decision of the Dublin Port Company to make a site available; (7) Deputy Michael Moynihan - the lack of progress on the acquisition of a site from the Department of Defence for a school (details supplied); (8) Deputy Burton — to ask the Minister to comment on the reports of further extensive problems with the national aquatic complex; (9) Deputy Crawford — the urgent need for the Minister to provide adequate resource-remedial teaching hours to small rural schools; (10) Deputy Deenihan — the need to address the shortfall of funding for additional places in the intellectual disability sector in County Kerry for 2005; (11) Deputy McGinley — ag iarraidh ar an Aire go bhfágfar foireann teagaisc Scoil Náisiúnta Oileán Thoraigh, mar atá faoi láthair don scoil bhliain 2005-06 — to ask the Minister to leave the teaching staff of Tory Island national school as it stands for the school year 2005-06; (12) Deputy Seán Ryan — the lack of services available to a four year old boy (details supplied) who has autism and a global development delay; (13) Deputy Finian McGrath — the potential loss of the 12th classroom teacher at Scoil Mhuire Marino, Griffith Avenue, Dublin; (14) Deputy Fiona O'Malley — to ask the Minister to undertake a review of the electoral register system in the country given the high level of inaccuracies; and (15) Deputy Kehoe — to ask the Minister if she is aware of the condition of New Ross elderly day care centre.

The matters raised by Deputies Jim O'Keeffe, Burton, Moynihan and McGinley have been selected for discussion.
