An Ceann Comhairle: I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Connolly — to discuss the difficulties encountered by intellectually disabled persons in opening and managing bank accounts; (2) Deputy Callanan — the need to introduce a uniform system of subvention schemes across all Health Service Executive regions; (3) Deputy Neville — to discuss an increase in financial aid for the growing of miscanthus; (4) Deputy Costello - the need to review the decision to transfer FÁS to Birr in light of the failure to honour the Labour Court agreement; (5) Deputy Crowe — the need to address the problem of the lack of adequate school transport in east Cork leading to schoolchildren being removed from overcrowded school buses; (6) Deputy Cooper-Flynn — that, having regard to the fact that the National Development Plan 2000-2006 was negotiated under the terms of the Agenda 2000 agreement which enabled the designation of two separate regions in Ireland, namely, the Border, midland and west region and the south and east region, for the purpose of availing fully of EU Structural Funding, any under-spending or reallocation of the funding committed to either region is in clear breach of a legally binding agreement; (7) Deputy McGinley — to discuss the critical situation in the accident and emergency section of Letterkenny General Hospital; and (8) Deputy Cowley — that the Minister explain why a school (details supplied) is to lose the equivalent of two teachers owing to the withdrawal of funding.
