Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Michael D. Higgins — the need for the Minister to outline the situation in regard to a school in County Galway; (2) Deputy Kehoe — to review the case of a person who requires occupational therapy; (3) Deputy Naughten — the need for the Minister to provide sufficient funds to Clontuskert national school in County Roscommon for its school building project; (4) Deputy Connaughton — the matter of the delay in getting the tender documents in order for the proposed sewerage treatment works at Kilkerrin, Dunmore and Leenane in County Galway; (5) Deputy O'Dowd — that the Minister immediately introduce legislation to ensure a comprehensive and accurate voters register in all constituencies; (6) Deputy Costello — the need for the Minister to respond positively to the new initiative launched by Shell to Sea to resolve the Corrib gas dispute; (7) Deputy Cowley — that the Minister respond to the proposal for an independent, public commission of inquiry on the Corrib gas project; (8) Deputy Ferris — the exclusion of VHI patients from free travel for medical purposes; (9) Deputy Neville — the position regarding Athea sewerage scheme; and (10) Deputy Twomey — the situation in a national school in Rosslare that is to lose a teacher who was only approved during the summer.

The matters raised by Deputies Kehoe, Ferris, Michael D. Higgins and Naughten have been selected for discussion.
