Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Penrose — the turbary rights of farmers in the Carn Park and Crosswood Bogs; (2) Deputy Deenihan — the ongoing Dingle-Daingean Uí Chúis place name saga; (3) Deputy Joe Higgins — allegations that gardaí are being employed in a private capacity by motor insurance companies; (4) Deputy Boyle — the decision of the Amgen Corporation to delay the start of its operations in Carrigtwohill, County Cork and its implications for the greater Cork area; (5) Deputy Stagg — the lengthy timeframe announced by the Minister for Education and Science to seek expressions of interest for design team services for the new national school for Kill, County Kildare; (6) Deputy Pat Breen — the need to fast-track the Doolin sewerage scheme in County Clare and for the Minister to make a statement on the matter; (7) Deputy Broughan — the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to respond to the Stardust Relatives and Victims Committee on the memorandum which it submitted to the Taoiseach and him last November; and (8) Deputy Hayes — to ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his Department's proposals to address the health and safety issues at Cahir courthouse that have led to the abandonment of the courthouse by the Judiciary in recent times.

The matters raised by Deputies Stagg, Penrose, Deenihan and Pat Breen have been selected for discussion.
