Before proceeding with the Order of Business, I wish, on my behalf and that of Members of Dáil Éireann, to extend céad míle fáilte, one hundred thousand welcomes, to a delegation from the National Conference of State Legislatures of the United States, led by its president, Representative Donna Stone.
