Vocational Education (Primary Education) Bill 2008: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to enable the conferral on the vocational education committees of functions in relation to the establishment and maintenance of primary schools; for that purpose to amend the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 and to provide for connected matters.
