I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
The Planning and Development (Regional Planning Guidelines) Regulations 2009,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 10th February, 2009, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment and Local Government in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 10th March, 2009, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply."
