I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Timmy Dooley and Pat Breen — the need to exclude County Clare from any boundary extension of Limerick city; (2) Deputy Deirdre Clune — the need to address the deficiencies of foster care services outlined in the recent HIQA report; (3) Deputy Martin Ferris — to discuss the ESB's practice of disconnecting people who are behind in their payments; (4) Deputy Michael Ring — to ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the NPWS has met with the OPW about the proposed flood mitigation works in the Roundfort-Hollymount area of County Mayo and when the work is going to commence on the flood mitigation works; (5) Deputies Jimmy Deenihan and John O'Donoghue — the provision of air services on the Dublin-Kerry route under the public service obligation contract; (6) Deputy Michael Creed — the delay in issuing redundancy payments; (7) Deputy Tom Sheahan — the closure of Ross Products adjacent to St. Finian's Hospital, Killarney, County Kerry; (8) Deputy Joe Carey — to call on the Minister for Transport to review the position whereby Shannon Airport Authority is answerable to the Dublin Airport Authority; (9) Deputy Seán Sherlock — the reconfiguration of the health services in Munster and in particular the need to retain services at Mallow General Hospital, County Cork; (10) Deputy Michael D. Higgins — the urgent need to meet the humanitarian needs of four persons who arrived in Ireland as unaccompanied minors in terms of their social, security, educational and health welfare; (11) Deputy James Bannon — the need for the Minister for Social Protection to resolve the impasse with the carer's allowance; (12) Deputy Joe McHugh — the HSE west's plans to introduce temporary staff reductions of 7,000 hours per week, equivalent to 180 jobs, and their implications for services in the HSE west region; (13) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan — proposals to end the right of some community employment programme workers to welfare entitlements given that between 2009 and 2010 voluntary and community groups had their funding cut by between 18% to 20%; (14) Deputy Kieran O'Donnell — the need for the Minister for Health and Children to ensure the provision of adequate resources for the delivery of accident and emergency services at Limerick Regional Hospital, Dooradoyle; and (15) Deputy David Stanton — the need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation to debate the closure of the last remaining factory in Youghal, County Cork, this week and the efforts he is making to promote and develop industry in the Youghal area.
