I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Harbours Acts 1996 to 2009 (Transfer of Functions of Dundalk Port Company) Order 2011,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 1 June 2011, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Transport, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3), which, not later than 7 July 2011, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
