Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland (Amendment) Bill 2011: First Stage

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision to empower the Financial Services Ombudsman to report on investigations and adjudications of regulated financial service providers arising from consumer complaints made about the conduct of regulated financial service providers.
