I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Patrick Nulty - cuts to community-based family therapy services in mental health; (2) Deputy Anne Ferris - the possible abolition of the Irish Film Board; (3) Deputy Catherine Byrne - the provision of respite care for young people especially those suffering from autism and Asperger's syndrome; (4) Deputy Ann Phelan - engagement by NAMA with local authorities regarding unfinished estates; (5) Deputy John Lyons - marriage equality in the context of the constitutional convention; (6) Deputy Joan Collins - the need to ensure that the customers of Rents & Co. Ltd. will be protected in respect of money paid for utility and other bills; (7) Deputy Peter Mathews - the need to restructure and-or write-down the billions of euro in emergency liquidity assistance provided to the IBRC; (8) Deputy Ciarán Lynch - redundancy payments to former Vita Cortex workers; (9) Deputy Mick Wallace - the reduction in the provision of guidance counselling at Gorey Community School, County Wexford; (10) Deputy Thomas P. Broughan - the need to review the arrangements in place for accessing services to treat eating disorders; (11) Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan - the need to ensure that Gaelscoil Bharra, Cabra, Dublin 7, will be included in the soon to be published five-year building plan; (12) Deputy Michael McCarthy - the payment of the back-to-education allowance to post-graduate students; (13) Deputy Michael McNamara - the situation in respect of the northern distributor road in Limerick; (14) Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl - the closure of the Irish Embassy to the Holy See; (15) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - environmental concerns regarding the application by Providence Resources Plc for a licence off the coast of Dublin; (16) Deputy Clare Daly - the matter of the Irish Independent article regarding a Polish national living in County Donegal and the response of the Ambassador of Poland; (17) Deputy Joe Higgins - the Irish Independent article regarding a Polish national living in County Donegal and the response of the Ambassador of Poland; (18) Deputy Charlie McConalogue - the way in which child sexual abuse cases are investigated between the Health Service Executive and the Garda Síochána; (19) Deputy Kevin Humphreys - the need to address delays in the processing of applications for carer’s allowance; and (20) Deputy Dessie Ellis - the impact of cutbacks to Dublin Bus services.
