Before proceeding with business, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a delegation from the People's Republic of China led by His Excellency Mr. Wang Gang, who is a Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
