I move:
That the Orders of the Dáil of 20 July, 2011, 7 October, 2011 and 19 January, 2012 referring the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Bill 2011, the Industrial Relations (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2011 and the Industrial Relations (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill 2011 to the Select sub-Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation be discharged and that the said Bills be referred to the Select Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation pursuant to Standing Orders 82A(3)(a) and (6)(a), 118 and 126(1) of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business.
