Employment Permits (Amendment) Bill 2014: Financial Resolutions

I move:

THAT a new section 124A be inserted into the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), to provide for the tax treatment of payments made pursuant to an order under section 2B of the Employment Permits Act 2003 in the manner and to the extent specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution.

I move:

THAT section 192A of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), which provides for relief for exemption in respect of certain payments under employment law, be amended in the manner and to the extent specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution.
