I move:
That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution:
— for the charging, in accordance with an order made under the Act by the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, or regulations made by the Minister under the Act, of fees by the Minister for applications, renewals and inspections made, certificates issued, ship registrations and other services provided under the Act; and
— for the payment of such fees as may be prescribed in accordance with the Act.
