Bill entitled an Act to make provision in relation to the Agreement on the Transfer and Mutualisation of Contributions to the Single Resolution Fund done at Brussels on 14 May 2014, to make provision in consequence of the implementation in the State of Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 and Directive 2014/49/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, to amend section 37 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 and to provide for related matters.
