I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Policy Directive in draft:
Planning and Development (Urgent Social Housing Supply) Policy Directive 2015, copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 29th October 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 26th November 2015, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
