I move:
THAT provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for the charging, in accordance with the regulations made under the Act, of fees (if any) as may be prescribed by the Minister for Justice and Equality, in respect of an application, in such form and accompanied by such information as may be prescribed, for a travel document by a person concerned.”
