I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Companies Act 2014 (Section 1313) Regulations 2016,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 19th January, 2016, be referred to the Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 28th January, 2016, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.”
