I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 95(3)) (Variation of title: Optician) Regulations 2016,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 18th January, 2016, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 28th January, 2016, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.”
