Appointment of Minister of State
With the permission of the House, I wish to announce that the Government on my nomination has assigned Deputy Catherine Byrne to be a Minister of State at the Department of Health and at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, with special responsibilities for communities and the national drugs strategy. This is for the House to note.
