I understand it is proposed now to discharge the order made yesterday referring the Flood Insurance Bill 2016 to the Select Committee on Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government and to refer it instead to the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach.
