I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Companies Act 2014 (Section 1313) Regulations 2017,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9 February 2017, be referred to the Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 13 April 2017, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply."
