Taxation Order: Motion (Resumed)

The following motion was moved by the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, Deputy Joe McHugh, on Tuesday, 17 October 2017:
That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Exchange of Information Relating to Tax Matters (Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China) Order 2017,
a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 19th September, 2017.

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding a taxation agreement. On Tuesday, 17 October 2017, on the question that the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 70(2), that division must be taken now.
