It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and provided that the debate on Second Stage of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill 2017 does not conclude tomorrow, that the Dáil shall sit at 12 noon on Tuesday, 12 December 2017, to take the resumed Second Stage debate of the Bill and should it conclude before 2 p.m., the House shall suspend until 2 p.m.
