It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that if proceedings on Second Stage of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Bill 2018 conclude today, any division demanded shall be taken after the Order of Business on Tuesday next, 23 October 2018.
