Before we commence, I need to point out an error. The print of the Bill, which is Bill No. 111a, as amended by the Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach, is incorrect in section 25(1)(o). All references to "section 24 of the Finance Act 2018" contained in the text of paragraph (o) should refer to "section 25 of the Finance Act 2018" and be italicised. The error will be corrected in the print of the Bill as passed by Dáil Éireann. I do not believe there is anything major in this. It is just a typo.
