Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy John Brady - to discuss the accommodation difficulties for North Wicklow Educate Together school; (2) Deputy John Lahart - to discuss implementing Operation Open City throughout the year to tackle congestion in Dublin; (3) Deputy Declan Breathnach - to discuss funding to refurbish vacant social housing for Louth County Council; (4) Deputy Darragh O'Brien - to discuss the impact of staff shortages in the Dublin regions homeless mental health team based on Parkgate Street, D8; (5) Deputy Fergus O'Dowd - to discuss the need for an urgent outreach response to curb the rise in drug addiction in the Drogheda area; (6) Deputy Frank O'Rourke - to discuss housing development in Celbridge, County Kildare; (7) Deputy Louise O'Reilly - to discuss the provision of transvaginal mesh removal services; (8) Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the delays in construction at St. Colman's community college, Midelton, Cork; (9) Deputy Anne Rabbitte - to ask the Minister for Finance whether the flat rate allowance for Waterways Ireland personnel who perform their duties on the River Shannon was included in the review of flat rate allowances by the Revenue Commissioners in 2018 and if he will make a statement on the matter; and (10) Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss step-down facilities at Cuan Mhuire, in Cork City.

The matters raised by Deputies Brady, Lahart, O'Rourke and O'Reilly have been selected for discussion.
