I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
Official Languages Act 2003 (Public Bodies) Regulations 2019,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 18th September, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 10th October, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
