I ask Deputy Costello to present the proposal relating to tomorrow's Order of Business.

It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the business to be taken in the Dáil tomorrow shall be the business as set out in the third revised report of the Business Committee dated 13 May 2020, with no questions on promised legislation. The Dáil shall sit at 12 noon, shall sit later than 8.03 p.m., and shall adjourn on the conclusion of the questions to the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht until 12 noon on Wednesday, 20 May 2020. The statements and questions and answers to the Taoiseach shall not exceed 100 minutes, with each party or group having ten minutes.

In relation to the Special Committee on Covid-19 Response on 19 May 2020, it is proposed that the committee shall meet from 11 a.m. in private session and will proceed to public session when private business is concluded. The public session shall consist of three sessions, the first of which shall not exceed 90 minutes, and the other sessions shall not exceed two hours. Between each public session, the committee shall suspend for a period of 30 minutes and the witnesses shall be as proposed to the Business Committee.

Is the proposal for tomorrow's business agreed?

Where stands the motion relating to the withdrawal of the Guerin report?

It has been withdrawn by the Government.

I have received no indication as to when it will be tabled. The Order of Business is agreed to.
