I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss funding for the new building for the Holy Angels School for Children with Special Needs in Carlow; (2) Deputy David Cullinane - to discuss project funding for the iconic North Quays Project in Waterford through the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund; (3) Deputy Niamh Smyth - to discuss the need to address insurance issues for SNAs hoping to provide July provision in the home; (4) Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss a proposal to issue a card-pass to those suffering from respiratory conditions or mental health issues to exempt them from wearing face masks; (5) Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the crisis within the tourism industry; (6) Deputies Violet-Anne Wynne, Martin Browne and Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the future of Shannon Airport and Shannon Heritage to ensure their continued viability; (7) Deputy Paul McAuliffe - to discuss the lack of autism spectrum places in Dublin North West; (8) Deputy James O'Connor - to discuss the M20 road project and road safety, connectivity and balanced regional development; (9) Deputy Sean Sherlock - when the resumption of day and residential services for the disability service will take place; (10) Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the need for greater provision of adult disability services at this time; (11) Deputy Patrick Costello - to discuss the recent European Court judgment on the EU-US privacy shield and implications for Ireland's data protection regime; (12) Deputy John McGuinness - if the Department of Justice and Equality will provide an update on various inquiries within its remit; (13) Deputy Neale Richmond - to discuss the need for a new EU jobs strategy to address the falling Irish presence in the EU institutions; (14) Deputy Kathleen Funchion - to discuss the reopening of adult day services for people with disabilities and the reason no dates have issued to residents or their families; (15) Deputy Emer Higgins - to discuss increasing the number of sporting and cultural events of importance to be broadcast free; (16) Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the possible postponement of the PSO levy on businesses in light of Covid-19; (17) Deputy Cathal Crowe - to discuss the environmental risks posed by unsewered rural villages; (18) Deputy Paul Donnelly - to discuss plans to increase funding from Pobal in order to pay the national minimum wage; (19) Deputies Darren O'Rourke and Dessie Ellis - to discuss a range of issues threatening the future of the taxi industry; (20) Deputy Denis Naughten - to discuss the facilitation of an ASD class at St. Teresa’s school, Ballinasloe; (21) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the commencement of the Act to deal with minimum pricing of alcohol; (22) Deputy Sorca Clarke - to discuss the provision of adult day care services; (23) Deputy Catherine Connolly - to discuss the crisis in funding for Galway City Council; (24) Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the closure of Mount Cara House in Blackpool, Cork; (25) Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the decision of the Low Pay Commission to defer making a recommendation to Government regarding the minimum wage for 2021; (26) Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss ongoing issues at wastewater treatment plants in west Cork; (27) Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss the employment of the 160 specialist registrars who have recently completed training as full-time consultants; (28) Deputy Matt Carthy - to discuss the report from the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council with regard to the sustainability of the current pension age; (29) Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú - to discuss the impact of insurance on the community sector; (30) Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the memorandum of understanding with the Football Association of Ireland; (31) Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the planned erection of a barrier at Keelbeg Pier, Union Hall, Cork; (32) Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the proposed construction of 2,000 homes in Waterrock, in east Cork; and (33) Deputy Brendan Griffin - to discuss the possibility of the renovation of currently uninhabitable existing houses in both urban and rural areas to assist with providing more houses.
