I move:
That Dáil Éireann, noting that the Government agreed on 29th June, 2021, to propose, for the approval of Dáil Éireann, Shane Galligan to be a member of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority on the Nomination of the Institute of Legal Cost Accountants, and pursuant to section 9 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015, approves the appointment by the Government of Shane Galligan to be a member of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to fill a casual vacancy pursuant to section 10(9) of the said Act of 2015.
