Amendment declared lost.
Deputy Holly Cairns did not vote in this division due to an agreed pairing arrangement with Minister Helen McEntee for the duration of the Minister’s maternity leave.
Please note that in relation to the above division, no vote should have been recorded against the name of Deputy Duncan Smith.

The question now is: "That the motion be agreed to."

On a point of order, I am a Member of this House for almost 20 years now. Can I ask what are the procedures around Deputies taking photographs in the Chamber of the voting board? I see Deputies Bríd Smith and Gould are great photographers. On the day that Tom Burke from the Irish Independent has passed away-----

A Deputy

I would not be pointing fingers.

(Interruptions).

The Deputy is entitled to make a point of order.

The phone would be confiscated if you took a photograph. I think action should be taken.

A Deputy

The Deputy is not in the Fine Gael parliamentary party meeting now.

(Interruptions).

Could we have silence, please? It is a well-established fact that neither phones should be used nor photographs taken in the Chamber.

A Cheann Comhairle, my name was mentioned.

That does not mean you have to say something.

A Deputy

The last thing we need to do is hear from him.

(Interruptions).

Resume your seat, Deputy.

A Cheann Comhairle, my name was mentioned.

(Interruptions).

The Deputy should be allowed to answer. Order, please.

My name was mentioned. I have no problem with people knowing the way I voted. The other point I would say is that if the Member is so worried about phones, he should talk to his leader, the Tánaiste, and everyone else who has their phones in here every day of the week. It is one rule for one and one rule for all. I am not ashamed of-----

(Interruptions).

A Deputy

They would clap for anything in Sinn Féin.

Please do not turn the Chamber into a Ballymagash.

(Interruptions).

The question now is: "That the motion be agreed to."
