Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Michael Collins, Danny Healy-Rae and Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the lack of connectivity from Dursey Island to the mainland; (2) Deputies David Stanton, Richard Bruton and Ciarán Cannon - to ask the Minister for Rural and Community Development to discuss the need to support and encourage schools to make their facilities available to local community and youth groups and organisations outside of school hours, and if she will make a statement on the matter; (3) Deputy Neale Richmond - to discuss with the Minister for Transport the need for improved public transport links for south Dublin; (4) Deputy Brendan Griffin - to discuss funding for the south Kerry greenway following the recent positive Supreme Court ruling; (5) Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill - to discuss the third national strategy on domestic, sexual and gender-based violence following the opening of public consultation last week; (6) Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to ask the Minister for Health for an update on progress that has been made to address the overcrowding issues at numerous Irish hospitals, and if he will make a statement on the matter; (7) Deputy Thomas Pringle - to discuss emergency funding for repairs to damage caused by the recent storms to Pollawaddy slipway, Árainn Mhór, County Donegal; (8) Deputy Mairéad Farrell - to ask the Minister for Health for an update on progress that has been made to address the overcrowding issues at hospitals, and if he will make a statement on the matter; (9) Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the need for a disability officer in Cork City Council and the need for local authorities to undertake accessibility impact reports in advance of all public space planning; (10) Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the services available for children with the eating disorder avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, ARFID, and when it will be included in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition, DSM-5, criteria for eating disorders; (11) Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to ask the Minister for Transport for an update on the plans to facilitate the transfer of King John's Castle to Limerick City and County Council from the Shannon Group; and (12) Deputy Claire Kerrane - to discuss with the Minister of State at the Department of Health with responsibility for mental health and older people the staffing of the new e-mental health hub in Castlerea, County Roscommon.

The matters raised by Deputies Kerrane; Stanton, Bruton and Cannon; Pringle; and Gould have been selected for discussion.
